We serve Tarrant and surrounding counties.
Who are your Caregivers?

Who controls my services?
You are in complete control of your service. You decide the services you want to use, the times, dates, and days of your service. You also decide how long you want service. Whether it is a one-time visit or you want to find someone to help out on a regular basis we would be honored to earn your business.
What are the rates?
We charge a flat rate per hour of service. We will tell you up front and put it in writing what the cost will be so there will never be any surprises.
What is included in my service?
It is completely up to you. We offer many services and you can choose what you want to use or you can use all of them. We do not charge a la cart like many agencies. You can see all the services we offer here.
Do I get a substitute if my caregiver is sick or has an emergency?
Absolutely, if you want one. We will make sure that one of our highly qualified caregivers can pick up right where your normal caregiver left off until she is able to return.
I just need transportation. Do you do that?
We can help. We would be happy to get you where you need to be and back safely and on-time. And yes, we do carry hired non-owned automobile coverage. All agencies should if they provided transportation because it is an extra level of protection for you.
Will I have a different caregiver showing up each visit?
No. We are dedicated to finding one or several caregivers that are dedicated to you. Depending on how many hours you use our service per week will depend on how many caregivers you will have. Our caregivers are very important to us and their clients and we want to make sure they have personal time to recharge their batteries so they can be 100% for you.

We are a licensed not medical home care agency. That means that we can and will remind you to take your medicine, but we can not take it out of the bottle or set it up in a pill minder.
